What is lactose?
Lactose is a type of sugar, naturally found in milk and dairy products. In the intestine, lactose is transformed by lactase, an enzyme, into glucose and galactose, both simpler sugars, which are used by our body for energy and various functions. Most people have difficulty digesting lactose.
Thirty to 50 million Americans are lactose intolerant. 80 percent of all African-Americans and Native Americans are lactose intolerant.
Does your ice cream contain dairy?
Yes, our ice cream contains dairy however we use lactose free dairy products in our ice cream.
Do you have any non dairy or vegan options?
Not yet but we are working on it! Please subscribe or like our social media page to get alerted as soon as we introduce vegan friendly ice cream!
Does your ice cream contain nuts?
Our product contains coconut and is prepared in a facility that handles tree nuts.
Do you have a store front? How do I get my ice cream?
We currently do not have a store front. Once you place your order, we will contact you Thursday to schedule a pick up location for Friday or Saturday.
You will also receive a confirmation email after checking out. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email.

Yes! If you purchase 4 or more pints, we will deliver the ice cream to your door.
